The final class of Purple Demons returned to The Springfield for their 60th reunion.
For appetizers, they had Bountiful Veggies with Ranch and Spinach Artichoke Dips, and an Americana Meat & Cheese Tray. For dinner they had a Garden Salad, with dinner rolls from Spring Street Bakery and our home made herbed cheese spread, Macaroni Salad, Penne with Marinara & Alfredo sauces, Parmesan Crusted Baked Chicken, and Herb Crusted Roast Beef.
