Congratulations Barbara and Roosevelt!
The happy couple had their ceremony in the hall. There was a bit of confusion with the officiant, however, so they had a friend perform the ceremony while we worked to remedy the situation. Former mayor John Brown saved the day, quickly coming over to make the marriage official with a short second ceremony and paperwork signing.
For appetizers, they had a Fruit Display with Cheese, and butlered Cheesesteak Eggrolls. Dinner started with a Ceasar Salad with bioche and honey wheat rolls from Spring Street Bakery and our signature herbed cheese spread. For sides, they had Roasted Baby Potaotes, Rice Pilaf, Green Beans with Butter, Brown Sugar, Shallots, and Candied Walnuts, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/Pancetta & a Balsamic Glaze. The wedding cake was made by Pennsylvania Bakery in Camp Hill, and our coffee was from Bamse Coffee & Roaster.
The groom's brother DJ'd the night's entertainment, and A Touch of Glass Photography was the photograhper.
